General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and software services, all purchases are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content may be provided immediately after purchase, which may limit your right to withdraw.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive.

However, this right does not apply where:

  • The service has already been fully performed with your prior consent
  • You have expressly agreed to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal

By purchasing and accessing our digital products or SaaS services, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived.

Subscriptions (SaaS Services)

For subscription-based services:

  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Technical issues preventing access to the product or service
  • Failure of the service to function as described

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage or inactivity
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Misunderstanding of product features (clearly described on the website)
